2011 TBF & FLW Adult Membership Renewals

The Bass Federation is striving to make membership renewal easier each year. Starting October 1, 2010 TBF will begin accepting membership renewals for 2011. All TBF and FLW memberships expire on December 31, 2010* and you can update as early as October 1 to ensure your club maintains the Insurance policy coverage and your members do not have a laps in Tournament eligibility or magazine delivery.

TBF/Wisconsin Sea Grant Project Gets Underway

Dr. Phil Moy of the Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute kicked of a joint venture grant project between the TBF and the Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute with a conference call to all the participants last Wednesday morning.

Representatives from the The Bass Federation (TBF), North American Fishing Club, Masters Walley Circuit, Wildlife Forever, The PAA and approximately 10 Sea Grant personnel from several different states joined in on the call.

MR. LAKE MURRAY BASS TOURNAMENT A SUCCESS!

The Bass Federation of South Carolina held their 1st Annual “Mr. Lake Murray” Bass tournament this past Saturday out of Dreher Island State Park. In all 104 anglers would take to the lake to test their skills and compete for the $5000 first place prize. Lake Murray did not disappoint as many heavy bags would be weighed in.
